Army Sgt. 1st Class Jeffrey Cesaitis, Provincial Reconstruction Team Zabul, secures an area at a bridge construction site in the Zabul province of Afghanistan. Members from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers were on hand to inspect the progress and quality of several bridges being built in the area. The PRT consists of members from the Air Force, Army and civilian agencies.
