Departing from my recent USA trip madness, here’s a pic from last December, taken at the gorgeous beaches at Cádiz, southern Andalusia.
Though it was near Christmas, the day was warm and the light was as good as it gets during a sunny day afternoon, with a thin layer of clouds diffussing the harsher shadows and providing some filler for the sky.
The shot was taken with my Nikon D90 and a Tokina 12-24mm at its widest setting. The exposure was done at f/11 and 1/640 seconds. B&W conversion and some post processing (basically pulling detail out from shadowy areas) was done in Lightroom.
